Sara founded SocialChangeCo® with over 18 years of international experience and global leadership, having worked with public and private entities, government and non-profits in the United States, Europe, New Zealand and beyond. She leads and advises out of a passion for connecting companies, consumers and causes® to power industry transformation and results through sound strategy and implementation. Sara’s skills span corporate strategy, global marketing, corporate affairs, human resources, sustainable development, corporate communications, public affairs, government relations, employee engagement and on and offline brand strategy.
Sara has led and overseen strategy at Fortune 100 companies, biotechnology innovators, resort and real estate developers, cities, countries and organizations from California to the Caribbean to develop, launch and grow revenue for world-class products, services and brands. As Vice President of Corporate Affairs, International Marketing and Experience, at Revance (NASDAQ: RVNC), she built and led a national team overseeing corporate affairs, investor relations, corporate brand marketing, talent acquisition and corporate experience for $2B+ public biotech and financial technology company poised to disrupt a $7B+ sector. Sara steered multiple M&A communications, corporate rebrand and revenue milestones with stock boost of +250%, and employee growth of >450% in her tenure. She led strategy to accelerate international GTM plans amid multiple acquisition and distribution deals and phase two and three data releases providing access to $1B+ U.S. filler market and a $500M+ fintech market opportunity with proprietary fintech platform managing a vertically integrated payments platform and patient subscriptions and loyalty programs. As Vice President of Strategy for Resonance Consultancy, she worked with cities, countries, and developers to design places and programs that transformed communities. She served as Executive Director of Stakeholder Relations at the Royal New Zealand Foundation of the Blind and also headed up Consumer Affairs for Pfizer/Wyeth Consumer Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals. She worked in business and NGO development for the European Parliament and with the World Health Organization. Sara is a California native, and honors graduate of the University of Auckland, New Zealand with a Masters of International Business and holds a Bachelors in Communications and Advertising from California State University, Fullerton, having graduated cum laude honors.
