Sara founded SocialChangeCo® with over 15 years of international experience and global leadership, having worked with corporations, government entities and non-profits in the United States, Europe, New Zealand and beyond. She leads and advises out of a passion for connecting companies, consumers and causes® to power social change movements through sound strategy and implementation. Sara’s skills span organizational development, strategic leadership, program management, corporate communications, public affairs, government relations, employee engagement and on and offline brand strategy.
Before SocialChangeCo®, Sara led marketing communications and corporate affairs for Fortune 100 companies and top ranking non-profit organizations. She served as Executive Director of Stakeholder Relations at the Royal New Zealand Foundation of the Blind and also headed up Consumer Affairs for Pfizer/Wyeth Consumer Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals. She worked in business and NGO development for the European Parliament and with the World Health Organization. Sara is an honors graduate of the University of Auckland, New Zealand with a Masters of International Business and holds a Bachelors with honors in Communications and Advertising from California State University, Fullerton.

Stacy brings creativity and depth to the SocialChangeCo® team with an academic background in cultural theory and communications, a career in marketing management, and direct experience as a small business owner and designer/artist herself. Founder of Fulcrum Road, a partner of SocialChangeCo® and creative strategy consulting firm aimed at facilitating the development of authentic corporate identity in order to strategize messaging and optimize success, Stacy uniquely aspires to aid companies in discovering their heart, establishing a voice, and actualizing true potential. Stacy is passionate about connecting industry and the arts in order to unify business and consumers with shared interests, values and objectives in order to achieve authentic balance and true success.
Sarah brings inspiration and tenacious support to the SocialChangeCo® team with diverse experience in communications, marketing, film production, social media, branding, writing and nonprofit development. Sarah is passionate about using her skills to see businesses thrive that affect positive social change. She has a focused ability to see and create brand value across genuine messages and style for SocialChangeCo® clients, while creatively communicating unique brand expressions.
